Kustom us restoration is a great company. I needed a piece of sheetrock replacing my bathroom due to water damage. Joe Cordes the boss man came out and looked over the job. His workers Dave, curtis, and Richard were very polite and knowledgeable. They did a hell of a job. I am very pleased with the service and will use them again in the future. They were here for 3 days and cleaned up after the work everyday. They replaced my sheetrock and painted. all the walls in my bathroom. And again did an excellent excellent job. I am very happy. Kustom the company as a whole has the best customer service from all of the team members I came in contact from beginning to the end. Mark was my go to and BOY was he patient with me he made sure everything was as I wanted it. My work team was David and Curtis and they did not stop until my bathroom and closet was perfect they went further than above and beyond. They worked hard, protected my floors and was so careful I’m sad they are done but they finished today and all I have is rave reviews. 🙌🏽💪🏾🏡🗣️👏

I had a nightmare with water damage, but quick and quality thinking of my home coverage, they sent out Kustom Disaster Restoration. Daniel and Oscar were assigned and jumped right into action assuring no further damn occurred. They provided, what felt like, special care in removing the damaged areas, treating it with mold protection and assuring every was dried. These gentleman were amazing. Thank you!!!!

Marc at Kustom was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us with a situation from a previous company who did not do their due diligence. He was kind, honest and timely. Each of the crews he sent out here, were the same and were very helpful and worked quickly. I plan on recommending Marc and his company to everyone I know because I trusted national company that didn't do a third of the job that Marc did. I am so grateful that he was offered as one of the options from my homeowners insurance. I'm forever grateful Marc. Thank you so much. You have no idea how wonderful and amazing you are. Fabulous company!! Highly recommend. Kustom was doing work in my home for several days this past February, and I was very impressed with both the quality of the work and their professionalism. I am always wary to have "strangers" in my home, but I NEVER once felt uncomfortable leaving my house while they were working and even enjoyed getting to know them. You can tell they vet their hirees thoroughly. I have many contacts in the real estate business and made it a point to share my experience with them because I know it can be a real struggle to find companies that consistently deliver quality work for their clients. Kustom is a rare gem in this regard. Also, kudos for being so communicative and reliable. No surprises with this company; they show up and get the job done professionally and efficiently. My sincerest thanks to Marc, Jason, and the entire team!
